Combos A and B (Ballet/Tap/Acro)
This combination class provides basic principles in ballet & tap and acro to children ages 3 and 4. Dancers will learn ballet positions, terminology, and elementary ballet movement such as plies, tendus, bourees, and passes. Students will learn simple tap steps such as shuffles and shuffle ball change. In acro children will learn tumbling basics such as a front roll and kartwheel.
Ballet
WADA offers a classical ballet program to dancers 5 years and older. Dancers will learn ballet technique through barre and center work. Combinations will become progressively more complicated as the dancer excels.
Pointe
This class is by teacher approval only. New students wishing to take this class will be evaluated by their instructor. Students are required to take at least two other ballet classes in addition to the pointe class, must be at least 11 years old and have had extensive ballet training.
Tap
Theater and Rhythm tap classes are offered to tappers of all ages and levels starting at 5 years old.
Jazz
Jazz classes explore varieties of dance styles, and start at the age of 5.
Hip Hop
An urban dance style involving quick, sharp moves and athletic-type stunts starting at the age of 6.
Lyrical/Contemporary
Lyrical dance combines the grace of ballet and jazz.
The style shows great emotion through the art of dance as students learn to dance to the lyrics of music. You must be 8 years of age, or have teacher permission, and take ballet and jazz in order to take this class.
Tumbling/Acro
Our Tumbling classes start at 5 years of age, and teach everything from basics (backbends and kartwheels) to power tumbling (aerials to back hand springs).
Leaps and Turns
This specialty class concentrates primarily on turning technique to improve turns such as pirouettes, attitude turns, and fouettes. The class will also focus on improving jumps and leaps including jetes, Russians, and switch leaps.
Musical Theatre Dance
This class incorporates acting, some singing, and dancing at the same time. This class will explore all kinds of musicals and is an amazing class for someone looking to pursue dance as a career.

Parents please use the below as a guideline as to what would work best for your child. If there is a major conflict please contact Ms. Amy, so she can work you through it. (The schedule will stay the same for the whole year.) These classes will also "top-out", so the sooner the better:)

***Please note - this is just a guideline, if the student takes a class that is above or below his/her level, upon teacher approval they can be moved! Get to know your teacher, don't get upset - just talk to him/her and we will find a better place for them if needed.
Combos A and B Class
Any color leotard, tights, petal skirt if desired, pink ballet shoes, black tap shoes with elastic or Velcro closure. These dancers will wear pink tights in the spring show.
Leotard, tights, and ballet shoes. Optional petal skirt. These dancers will wear pink tights in the spring show.
Any color leotard, sports bra, booty shorts or Capri pants, tights, bare feet or lyrical sandal
Jazz/Leaps & Turns
Leotard, sports bra, or dance tank with jazz pants or booty shorts, tan jazz shoes. If you are on team you will be required to have the Capezio E Series Caramel colored shoe!
Leotard or dance tank with jazz pants or tights, black tap shoes. These dancers will wear tan tights in the spring show
Capri, baggy, or cargo pants, t-shirt or tank, tennis shoes
Tumbling
Leotard, booty shorts and tights, bare feet. These dancers will wear tan convertible tights in the spring show.
Leotard/dance tank, tights, booty shorts, jazz shoes or character heels depending on age
